Abstract
En la presente descripción se describen sistemas, métodos e instrumentos para calcular parámetros de compensación de iluminación local (LIC) para una unidad de codificación (CU) biprela. Los parámetros LIC pueden usarse para generar muestras ajustadas para la CU actual y para abordar cambios de iluminación local que pueden existir entre imágenes vecinas temporales. Los parámetros LIC pueden calcularse basándose en muestras de plantillas de referencia biprelas y muestras de plantillas para una CU actual.
