Abstract

La presente descripción describe un método para purificar una proteína, en donde dicha proteína está presente en un material, y en donde dicho método comprende un paso de cromatografia multimodal, en donde dicho material es puesto en contacto con un intercambiador de iones multimodal que comprende un ligando con una porción hidrofóbica y una porción cargada, y en donde la unión de dicha proteína de interés a dicho intercambiador ocurre bajo condiciones de alta conductividad.
