Abstract
Métodos para controlar el crecimiento de microorganismos en o sobre un producto, material o medio, como un medio fermentable o de fermentación, susceptible al ataque de un microorganismo, mediante el tratamiento con una solución acuosa que contiene monocloramina y al menos un ácido orgánico en una cantidad combinada microbicida y sinérgicamente efectiva para controlar el crecimiento microbiano no deseado.
