Abstract
Se usa un método de análisis de optimización para una posición de unión adhesiva de una carrocería automotriz de acuerdo con la presente invención para obtener una posición óptima en la cual se efectúa la unión adhesiva con un adhesivo estructural combinado con soldadura, usando un modelo de estructura de carrocería en el cual se ajustan de antemano las porciones de soldadura para soldar una pluralidad de partes como un conjunto de partes. El método de análisis de optimización incluye un paso de ajuste de posición candidata de unión adhesiva S5 de disponer un elemento adhesivo en una posición candidata en la cual se efectúa la unión adhesiva, un paso de ajuste de condición de análisis de optimización S7 de ajustar una condición de análisis de optimización que incluye una condición de carga en el análisis de optimización y un paso de análisis de optimización S9 para efectuar análisis de optimización sobre el elemento adhesivo como un objeto de análisis de optimización en el modelo de estructura de carrocería en el cual se ajusta la condición de análisis de optimización como para obtener una posición del elemento adhesivo que satisfaga la condición de análisis de optimización como la posición en la cual se efectúa la unión adhesiva con el adhesivo estructural.
