Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un método para tratar una banda de pulpa (1) en una máquina papelera o de tejido (2) con una unidad de prensa de nip extendido (3). Esta unidad de prensa de nip extendido (3) consta de un rodillo de prensa de zapata (4) con una correa de prensa giratoria (5) y un rodillo de soporte (6), en donde la banda de pulpa (1) se deshidrata en el nip de prensa extendido (7) entre el rodillo de soporte (6) y la correa de prensa (5), y en donde la banda de pulpa (1) se transporta sobre la correa de prensa giratoria (5) del rodillo de prensa (4) después del nip de prensa extendido (7) a una tela de transferencia (9) que recibe la banda de pulpa (1). De acuerdo con la invención, la tela de transferencia (9) se guía sobre un dispositivo de transferencia estacionario (10) en el área de transferencia (8). La invención también se refiere a un dispositivo correspondiente para tratar la banda de pulpa (1).
