Abstract
El procedimiento comprende obtener una imagen de un ejemplar vivo y segmentar la imagen proporcionando una imagen segmentada; medir una distancia hasta varias partes de dicha imagen, proporcionando varias mediciones de distancia, y seleccionar un subconjunto de las contenidas en la imagen segmentada del ejemplar vivo; procesar la imagen segmentada y dichas varias mediciones de distancia referidas a distintas posiciones contenidas en la imagen segmentada caracterizando la forma del ejemplar vivo, caracterizando la profundidad del ejemplar vivo en las mediciones de distancia contenidas en la imagen segmentada; y comparar el mapa de análisis de la forma y el mapa de análisis del perfil de profundidad. Si un resultado de dicha comparación está comprendido en un intervalo dado, se determinan adicionalmente parámetros del ejemplar vivo incluyendo parámetros de la postura, y/o la localización o la corrección de dichos puntos anatómicos de referencia y/o parámetros del tamaño del cuerpo y/o se representa un mapa del cuerpo del ejemplar vivo.
