Abstract
La invención se refiere a un método para soldar láminas provistas de un revestimiento anticorrosión de aluminio silicio, en donde cronológicamente antes del soldeo, la capa de aluminio silicio sobre las láminas en la región de la junta de soldeo y la capa intermedia intermetálica subyacente entre el material base y el revestimiento anticorrosión se pasa por arriba con un láser y, como resultado, por un lado, el material de la capa de aluminio silicio y la capa intermedia intermetálica subyacente se vaporiza y aspira y, por otro lado, se produce una reacción con el material base que se extiende en el material base de tal manera que se produzca una capa de ablación de reacción metálica o una capa de ablación de aleación, que tiene hierro y posiblemente elementos de aleación del material base y aluminio silicio de la capa de aluminio silicio y la capa intermedia intermetálica, la capa de reacción alcanza un grosor de 5 µm a 100 µm.
