Abstract

Una composición de recubrimiento en polvo triturable a temperaturas no criogénicas incluye: (a) un primer polímero que tiene un peso molecular promedio en número (Mn) de más de 1000 y una Tg de al menos 40 °C; (b) un segundo polímero que tiene una Tm de al menos 100 °C; y opcionalmente (c) un reticulante; el primer polímero y el segundo polímero son diferentes entre sí, y cada uno de los polímeros primero y segundo tiene menos de 25 % en peso de unidades monoméricas que contienen flúor, con el % en peso basado en el peso total de las unidades monoméricas en cada polímero; después de triturar a una temperatura superior a 4 °C la composición de recubrimiento tiene un tamaño promedio de partículas de 15 a 150 micras; además se describen también composiciones de recubrimiento, métodos para preparar composiciones de recubrimiento, sistemas de recubrimiento y sustratos recubiertos con una composición de recubrimiento en polvo.
