Abstract
Las modalidades de la presente solicitud describen un método para conmutar el estado de una portadora secundaria, un dispositivo de terminal y un dispositivo de red. El método comprende: un dispositivo de terminal que recibe un elemento de control (CE) de control de acceso a medios (MAC) enviado por un dispositivo de red; y el dispositivo de terminal conmuta una primera portadora secundaria desde el dispositivo de terminal de un primer estado a un segundo estado de acuerdo con el CE de MAC, en donde el primer estado y el segundo estado son dos estados diferentes de un estado activado, un estado desactivado y un estado latente. El método, el dispositivo de terminal y el dispositivo de red en las modalidades de la presente solicitud ayudan a equilibrar la tasa de utilización de las portadoras secundarias y el consumo de energía de un dispositivo de terminal.
