Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a una estación de moldeo y un método que utiliza dicha estación de moldeo, en donde la estación de moldeo comprende un primer molde de banda y un segundo molde de banda dispuestos en diferentes niveles. El primer molde de banda está configurado para fabricar una primera banda de corte y el segundo molde de banda está configurado para fabricar una segunda banda de corte. La primera y la segunda banda de cizalla se mueven a una subestación posterior al moldeo para las etapas de ensamblaje o acabado o a un área de transferencia. La presente invención permite fabricar conjuntos de bandas de cizalla en múltiples niveles, aumentando así la capacidad de producción.
