Abstract
Método para moldear por inyección una o más piezas utilizando una máquina y herramienta de moldeo por inyección (12, 13) que comprende al menos una cavidad de molde (17), y un sistema de alimentación que comprende al menos una compuerta (18) y al menos un rodillo (19, 20, 21) que se encuentra ubicado aguas arriba de dicha al menos una compuerta (18). Dicho al menos un rodillo (19, 20, 21) comprende al menos una pared móvil y el método comprende el paso para cambiar al menos una dimensión en corte transversal (T, B, H, S o S+?S) de dicho al menos un rodillo (19, 20, 21) al mover dicha al menos una pared móvil con objeto de lograr al menos una de las siguientes: a) variar una velocidad de flujo de material en dicho al menos un rodillo (19, 20, 21), b) aplicar una presión de mantenimiento al material en dicho al menos un rodillo (19, 20, 21) y consecuentemente a dicha al menos una cavidad de molde (17), c) comprimir el residuo en dicho al menos un rodillo (19, 20, 21).
