Abstract
La presente invención se refiere un método para evitar acciones innecesarias en un establecimiento de conexión que comprende enviar una petición a un nodo de red para iniciar el establecimiento de conexión, después de enviar la petición al nodo de red, iniciar un temporizador para el establecimiento de conexión, en donde una expiración del temporizador detiene el establecimiento de conexión para un equipo del usuario (UE), y detener el temporizador para detener el establecimiento de conexión después que el UE recibe un mensaje de suspensión o un mensaje de liberación, o después que el UE realiza un procedimiento de reselección de la celda mientras el temporizador está en ejecución. El temporizador puede prevenir al UE de esperar el establecimiento de conexión para ser completado si existe un error o mala transmisión en el establecimiento de conexión. Además, el temporizador para detener el establecimiento de conexión puede evitar acciones innecesarias e informar a otras capas en la red cuando el temporizador expira para detener el establecimiento de conexión.
