Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a entidades químicas (por ejemplo, un compuesto o una sal y/o hidrato y/o profármaco del compuesto farmacéuticamente aceptable) que modulan (por ejemplo, agonizan o agonizan parcialmente o antagonizan a) el receptor del péptido-1 similar al glucagón ("GLP-1R") y/o el receptor del polipéptido inhibidor gástrico ("GIPR").
