Abstract
Modalidades de la presente solicitud proporcionan un método de comunicación inalámbrica para un espectro no autorizado, y un dispositivo, capaz de mejorar la flexibilidad de la comunicación en términos de comunicación de espectro no autorizado; el método comprende: un primer dispositivo de terminal envía primera información de indicación a un dispositivo de red a través de una primera oportunidad de transmisión dentro de un tiempo de ocupación de canal (COT) obtenido por el primer dispositivo de terminal, en donde el COT comprende una segunda oportunidad de transmisión y una tercera oportunidad de transmisión, y la primera información de indicación es utilizada para determinar la segunda oportunidad de transmisión dentro del COT por el dispositivo de red.
