Abstract
Un proceso para preparar un riel de vehículo de acero soldado de varios gruesos, el proceso comprende los pasos de: (a) formar un primer tubo que tiene un primer diámetro exterior, un diámetro interior y un primer grosor de pared; (b) formar un segundo tubo que tenga el primer diámetro exterior, un segundo diámetro interior y un segundo grosor de pared diferente del primer grosor de pared; (c) estampar un primer extremo del primer tubo a un segundo diámetro exterior menor que el segundo diámetro interior del segundo tubo; (d) insertar el primer extremo estampado del primer tubo en un extremo del segundo tubo para formar una unión; (e) soldar el primer tubo y el segundo tubo para formar una soldadura en la unión para formar un tubo en bruto con una zona afectada por el calor de menor resistencia metálica en el área de la soldadura; (f) precalentar el tubo en bruto para crear una microestructura cristalina común a lo largo de una longitud del tubo en bruto; (g) introducir el tubo en bruto en una herramienta de moldeo por soplado que tiene paredes interiores de moldeo; (h) moldear el tubo en bruto a una temperatura elevada expandiendo el tubo en bruto contra las paredes interiores de moldeo de la herramienta de moldeo inyectando un medio presurizado en una cavidad interior del tubo en bruto y (i) enfriar el tubo en bruto reemplazando el medio presurizado con un medio de enfriamiento a través de la herramienta de moldeo y el tubo en bruto para lograr un efecto de enfriamiento rápido en el tubo en bruto y para crear un riel de vehículo completo con una resistencia de material esencialmente uniforme a través de la soldadura. Un riel de vehículo completo tiene una estructura soldada superpuesta y una estructura microcristalina uniforme a lo largo de la longitud del riel.
