Abstract
El método de la invención es un método para controlar una CVT curva sin surcos que comprende una rueda de anillo (1), un juego de ruedas planetarias (3) y una rueda solar (2), en donde el anillo y la rueda solar están sujetados juntos; como en las CVTs curvas de la técnica previa, las fuerzas normales (NR,NZ) entre el anillo y rueda solar por un lado y las ruedas planetarias por el otro lado están bien definidas cuando la relación de transmisión es constante, es decir, cuando el ángulo de pivote (8) de las ruedas planetarias es constante; las fuerzas normales para una relación constante se llaman los valores estáticos de las fuerzas normales; el método está configurado de modo que durante un aumento o disminución continua de la relación de transmisión, cualquier componente de fuerza agregado a los valores estáticos de la primera y/o la segunda fuerza normal es ya sea cero o menor que un componente de fuerza predefinido que se requiere para mantener una condición de micro-resbalón de los contactos de rodamiento entre las ruedas planetarias (3) y el anillo y las ruedas planetarias de sol (1,2); este control de las fuerzas se aplica independientemente de la velocidad del cambio de relación; una transmisión de acuerdo con la invención está equipada con un sistema de control adecuado para implementar el método.
