Abstract
Se proveen compuestos macrocíclicos que comprenden un motivo de unión a la ubiquitina ligasa E3 (EULBM) y al menos un aminoácido, y métodos para preparar y usar tales EULBM macrocíclicos para el tratamiento del cáncer o de una condición fibrótica.
