Abstract
La invención se relaciona con un método para fabricar un cuerpo de fundición que incluye la preparación de una mezcla granular que incluye una resina policondensada que tiene formaldehído modificado, incorporar opcionalmente un aromático o poliaromático durante la síntesis de la misma, un agente endurecedor, un compuesto detector de formaldehído, agua y opcionalmente al menos una resina seleccionada del grupo que comprende taninos, polifenoles naturales, y ligninas, colocar la mezcla granular en contacto con la superficie de una herramienta para perfilar, e inyectar un flujo de gas a 50°C hasta 380°C en la mezcla granular durante 1 hasta 300 segundos para asegurar al menos un endurecimiento parcial de la mezcla. La invención también se relaciona con un método para fabricar una pieza moldeada para fundición hecha de metal o una aleación de metal, que incluye vaciar el metal en al menos un cuerpo (molde y/o macho) así producido; y con una pieza de fundición así fabricada.
