Abstract

Esta descripción se relaciona con procesos los cuales implican: poner en contacto una mezcla que comprende al menos una fluoroolefina y al menos una impureza de alquino con al menos una zeolita para reducir la concentración de al menos una impureza de alquino en la mezcla; donde Rf es un grupo alquilo perfluorado de cadena lineal, y X es H, F, Cl, Br o I; y al menos una zeolita es seleccionada del grupo que consiste en zeolitas que tienen abertura de poro de al menos 4 Angstroms y no más de aproximadamente 5 Angstroms, zeolitas que tienen abertura de poro de al menos aproximadamente 5 Angstroms y electronegatividad de Sanderson de no más de aproximadamente 2.6, y mezclas de las mismas; siempre que al menos una zeolita no sea zeolita 4A. Esta descripción también se relaciona con procesos para preparar al menos un producto de hidrotetrafluoropropeno seleccionado del grupo que consiste en CF3CF=CH2, CF3CH=CHF, y mezclas de los mismos; y se relaciona con procesos para preparar al menos un producto hidrociorotrifluoropropeno seleccionado del grupo que consiste en CF3CCl=CH2, CF3CH=CHCl, y mezclas de los mismos.
