Abstract
Una cinta fibrosa seca, para usarse en un proceso de colocación automatizada como el ATL o AFP y una preforma producida con éste. La preforma es configurada para la infusión de resina. La cinta contiene una capa de fibras unidireccionales, al menos un velo no tejido unido a un lado de la capa de fibra, y al menos materiales de unión presentes dentro de la cinta. La preforma producida a partir del establecimiento de esa cinta exhibe una propiedad de colocación o acumulación cercana al espesor final del artículo de resina reforzada con fibra curada y no se requiere consolidación o compactación adicional.
