Abstract

Un método para controlar la geometría de llanta verdes diferentes unas de otras y construir en sucesión comprende: transferir cada llanta verde desde una línea de construcción a una estación de regularización; proporcionar un dispositivo de pre-moldeado mediante el adaptarlo al entalle de cada llanta verde transferida adentro de la estación de regularización, cada llanta verde estando permitida de diferir de la siguiente en una extensión de por lo menos de 3 por ciento en términos del diámetro de entalle; regularizar la conformación circular de un par de cuentas de dicha llanta verde mediante pre-moldeado de éstas como una función de un molde de vulcanización respectivo.
