Abstract

La presente invención consiste en el desarrollo de un proceso de síntesis química para realizar la funcionalización de los copolímeros tribloque (POEw-POPy-POEw) monodispersos con aminas secundarias o terciarias a nivel semipiloto en reactores con volúmenes entre 1 L y 100 L. El proceso consta de 2 etapas, en la primera se emplea cloruro de alquilsulfonilo o arilsulfonilo para generar mejores grupos salientes, mientras que en la segunda etapa se efectúa sobre ellos la sustitución nucleofílica con aminas secundarias o terciarias, para obtener los copolímeros tribloque bifuncionalizados. La ventaja principal de este proceso es la disminución de las operaciones unitarias realizadas en cada etapa, así como la optimización de los tiempos de reacción y de las relaciones estequiométricas.
