Abstract
Una jeringa precargada consiste en un cilindro de jeringa (2) el cual está abierto en un lado axial y está cerrado por un émbolo y que presenta una conexión de bloqueo Lüer (4) sobre el otro lado axial, estando dicho bloqueo moldeado sobre una pared terminal (3) que cierra el cilindro de jeringa (2). La jeringa comprende un medio fluente (8) que está cargado dentro del cilindro de jeringa (2), un obturador elástico blando (9) que cierra al menos el Lüer (5), y un cierre a prueba de manipulaciones (15) que rodea el exterior del obturador (9) y que presenta un punto de ruptura predeterminado. El cilindro de jeringa (2), la pared terminal (3), y la conexión de bloqueo Lüer (4) están formados como una sola pieza bajo la forma de una pieza de plástico trasparente moldeada por inyección. El cierre a prueba de manipulaciones (15) consiste en el mismo plástico o un plástico similar al del cilindro de jeringa (2), y está soldado a la pared terminal (3) del cilindro de jeringa (2). La conexión de soldadura forma el punto de ruptura predeterminado, y el obturador (9) está integrado dentro del cierre a prueba de manipulaciones (15).
