Abstract
La presente invención aborda el problema, en relación a la soldadura por puntos de placas de acero que tienen una resistencia a la tracción de 750 a 2500 MPa en las que la tenacidad es factible que sea insuficiente y es difícil garantizar una CTS suficiente, para garantizar una resistencia de junta suficientemente alta, en CTS particular, en una forma estable; y proporcionar una junta de soldadura por puntos altamente confiable en la cual CTS se ha garantizado en una manera estable. En esta junta de soldadura por puntos, la concentración P se mide en una separación de 1 µm en una región plana rectangular que mide 100 µm x 100 µm, es perpendicular a la superficie de la placa, y se centra en un punto ubicado 100 µm hacia adentro de la parte extrema de un botón de soldadura en una dirección paralela a la superficie de la placa para obtener un valor medido de la concentración P para cada uno del 100 x 100 puntos de medición; y los valores promedio de los valores medidos de la concentración P de 20 puntos de medición adyacentes, de entre el 100 x 100 puntos de medición, dispuestos en una fila a lo largo de la dirección paralela en la superficie de la placa se calculan de forma repetitiva mientras se desplazan por un punto a la vez, obteniendo de ese modo 81 x 100 valores promedio. En este caso, el número de valores promedio que excede el valor igual al doble de la concentración P promedio es 0 a 100.
