Abstract

La invención se refiere a un método para blanquear una biomasa de microalgas Chlorella protothecoides que es rica en proteínas, produciéndose dicha biomasa por fermentación, caracterizado por que comprende: elegir la producción de la biomasa de microalgas en condiciones heterótrofas y en fermentación continua; y variar la coloración de dicha biomasa controlando la relación de las tasas de crecimiento µ/µmax.
