Abstract
La presente solicitud describe un aparato de moldeado por inyección que incluye un inyector de calentamiento el cual calienta y funde un material conductor a una temperatura fundida. El inyector de calentamiento inyecta el material conductor en un molde con una superficie de formación de cavidad la cual forma una cavidad. El aparato de moldeado por inyección incluye una porción electrificante configurada para aplicar un voltaje; y un controlador que incluye un controlador de electrificación configurado para controlar el voltaje el cual es aplicado por la porción electrificante. El molde incluye porciones conductoras por lo menos sobre una parte de la superficie de formación de cavidad. Las porciones conductoras están aisladas entre sí. La porción electrificante aplica el voltaje entre las porciones conductoras. El material conductor inyectado desde el inyector de calentamiento se calienta eléctricamente por el voltaje, el cual es aplicado desde la porción electrificante bajo el control del controlador de electrificación, cuando el material conductor se pone en contacto con las porciones conductoras.
