Abstract
Sistemas y métodos proveen características y resultados de aseguramiento de parámetros automatizados para productos consumibles usados en el bioprocesamiento y en particular para la purificación, filtración, cosecha y recolección de fluidos de bioprocesamiento. Los productos consumibles que tienen estas características están dimensionados, conformados, configurados y construidos para interactuar con y ser un componente de dicho sistema de bioprocesamiento que incluye un componente o dispositivo de usos múltiples con el cual que se acopla operativamente tal como mediante acoplamiento, acoplándose con un conector u otro enfoque que permite la inserción y extracción del producto consumible. El producto consumible puede ser un componente que tenga una vida de un solo uso o una vida limitada. Cada producto consumible tiene un medio por el cual la información, que puede incluir límites y especificaciones de uso, está asociada a ese producto consumible específico, y esos límites y especificaciones comunican con el componente de usos múltiples, que indica cualquier inadecuación para el uso con el componente de usos múltiples.
