Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a métodos para la modificación de ácidos nucleicos diana. El método implica un constructo en donde el ARN guía está ligado de manera covalente al ARN donante (NA de fusión) que se debe introducir en el ácido nucleico diana mediante recombinación homóloga y se basa en la introducción de una nucleasa, por ejemplo, CRISPR o TALEN, en la célula que contiene el ácido nucleico diana. El NA de fusión se puede introducir como un vector de ADN.
