Abstract
Acero utilizable principalmente para fabricacion de moldes para inyeccion de material plástico, cuya composicion química comprende; en peso: 0,03% <- C <- 0.25%, 0%<-Si<-0,2%, 0% <- Mn <- 0,9%, 1.5% <- Ni <- 5%, 0% <- Cr <- 18%, 0,05% <- Mo + W/2 <- 1%, 0% <- S <- 0,3%, por lo menos un elemento seleccionado entre A1 y Cu en contenidos comprendidos entre 0.5% y 3%, eventualmente 0,0005% <- B <- 0,015%, eventualmente un elemento, por lo menos seleccionado entre V, Nb, Zr, Ta y Ti en contenidos comprendidos entre 0% y 0,3%, eventualmente un elemento, por lo menos, seleccionado entre Pb, Se, Te y Bi, en contenidos comprendidos entre 0% y 0,3%, siendo el resto Fe e impurezas resultantes de la elaboracion, principalmente nitrogeno, satisfaciendo la composicion química, además, las relaciones: Kth = 3,8 x C + 9,8 x Si + 3,3 x Mn + 2,4 x Ni + alfa x Cr + 1,4 x (Mo+ W/2) <- 15, con alfa = 1,4 si Cr< 8% y alfa = 0 si Cr >- 8%, Tr = 3,8 x C + 1,07 x Ni + 0.57 x Cr + 1,58 x (Mo + W/s) + KB >- 3,1, con kb = 0,8 SI B esta comprendido entre 0,0005% y 0,015%, y si no KB = 0; si Cr <- 5% Kth/Tr <- 3. Bloque de acero de dureza superior a 35Q HB, e hilo para soldadura.
