Abstract
La presente invencion provee secuencias de nucleotidos y aminoácidos que identifican y codifican el receptor de hialurona (RH) de células endoteliales de vena umbilical humanas. La presente invencion también provee moléculas de antisentido a las secuencias de nucleotidos que codifican rh, vectores de expresion para la produccion de RH purificado, anticuerpos capaces de unirse específicamente a RH, sondas de hibridacion u oligonucleotidos para detectar la regulacion ascendente de secuencias de nucleotidos que codifican RH, células huésped tratadas genéticamente para la expresion de RH, pruebas de diagnostico para células y/o tejidos inflamados o metastáticos, activados, angiogénicos, basadas en moléculas de ácido nucléico que codifican RH y anticuerpos capaces de unirse específicamente al receptor.
