A METHOD OF METHYL-ESTERIFICATION OF DEODORIZATION DISTILLATES OF OILS, COMPRISING ADDING METHYL ALCOHOL TO THE DEODORIZATION DISTILLATES FORMED AS BY-PRODUCTS IN A DEODORIZATION STEP OF PURIFICATION OF FATS AND FATTY ACIDS, AND CONTACTING THUS OBTAINED MIXTURE WITH CATION-EXCHANGE RESINS BY THE FLUIDIZATION METHOD TO TAKE PLACE METHYL-ESTERIFICATION OF FREE FATTY ACIDS IN THE DEODORIZATION DISTILLATES. FREE FATTY ACIDS IN A DEODORIZATION DISTILLATES OF OILS ARE EFFICIENTLY ISOLATED IN A SUCCESSIVE OPERATION.
