Abstract

THIS INVENTION PROVIDES AN ANTI-TAMPERING LOCKING SEAL USED TO SEAL E.G. TRUCK DOORS, CONTAINERS, ETC., WHICH HAS A SOCKET (10), LATCH (12) AND LOCKING CAP (14) MEMBERS. THE SOCKET MEMBER (10) HAS A HOLLOW BODY WITH AT LEAST ONE LOCKING FINGER (22, 24) EXTENDING TOWARDS ONE END OF THE BODY. THE LATCH MEMBER (12) HAS AN ELONGATED LOCKING END INSERTABLE INTO THE FIRST END (16) OF THE HOLLOW PORTION OF THE BODY TO INTERLOCK WITH THE LOCKING FINGER (22, 24). THE LOCKING END HAS A FIRST SECTION (36) HAVING A SURFACE (36A, 36B) TAPERING INTO A SECOND SECTION (35) AND DEFINING WITH THE SECOND SECTION(3) AT LEAST ONE SHOULDER (42). THE LOCKING CAP MEMBER (14) COMPRISES A CLOSURE MEMBER ADAPTED TO MATINGLY ENGAGE THE LATCH MEMBER (12) AND PREVENT ACCESS TO THE SECOND END (18).@@(FIG. 5)
