Abstract

THERE IS DISCLOSED A PROCESS OF PRODUCING A SPRAY PARTICLE. A PLURALITY OF NOZZLES (1,1'') FOR SPRAYING SLURRY ARE ARRANGED AS SUCH THAT CONICAL AREAS (3,3'') FORMED BY DROPLETS OF SLURRY SPRAYED FROM THE RESPECTIVE NOZZLES ARE OVERLAPPED ONE ANOTHER (4). FURTHER, THE NOZZLES ARE ARRANGED AS SUCH THAT OTHER NOZZLES ARE NOT PRESENT WITHIN THE RESPECTIVE CONICAL AREAS. SLURRY IS SIMULTANEOUSLY FROM SUCH ARRANGED PLURALITY NOZZLES AND THE DROPLETS THUS FORMED ARE DRIED AND COOLED IN THE PROCESS.(FIG. 1)
