THE INTERLOCK (B) INCLUDES A PAIR OF STATIONARY ROLLERSTOPPERS (42,43) EACH OF WHICH IS FIXED, WITH A CERTAIN DISTANCE THEREBETWEEN, TO THE FLOOR OUTSIDE THE PATH OF THE ROLLERS (9), A MOVABLE ROLLER STOPPER (44).(FIG.1)
