THE POLYMERIC DIFFUSION MATRIX CONTAINS SUFFICIENT TRINITROGLYCEROL TO BE RELEASED OVER A PROLONGED PERIOD OF TIME AND COMPRISES A FIRST LOWER MOLECULAR WEIGHT, PARTIAL HYDROLYZED POLYVINYLALCOHOL COMPONENT, A SECOND HIGHER MOLECULAR WEIGHT, ESSENTIALLY FULLY HYDROLYZED POLYVINYLALCOHOL COMPONENT, AND GLYCEROL.
