Abstract

A WEIR MADE OF A FLEXIBLE SHEET AND CAPABLE OF BEING SET UP AND DOWN. A FLUID IS INTRODUCED AS A PRESSURE MEDIUM INTO THE ENCLOSURE TO EXPAND THE ENCLOSURE TO SET IT UP OR IS DISCHARGED OUT OF THE ENCLOSURE TO CONTRUCT THE EXCLOSURE TO SET IT DOWN. A PASSAGE IS PROVIDED TO THE INTERIOR OF THE BODY OF THE WEIR SO THAT A PERSON CAN MOVE INTO AND OUT OF BODY WEIR OR A TOOL, A MATERIAL OR THE LIKE CAN BE CARRIED INTO AND OUT OF THE BODY OF THE WEIR. THE PASSAGE IS DIVIDED BY AT LEAST TWO HERMETIC DOORS. (FIG. 3)
