Abstract
A FLYWHEEL IS DISCLOSED FORMED OF A COMPOSITION MADE FROM A BASE MOULDING MATERIAL, OBTAINED BY MIXING A METAL POWDER, COATED WITH BONDING AGENT, AND SYNTHETIC RESIN POWDERS, AND; A MELT FLOWABILITY PROMOTING AGENT; A HEAT RESISTANCE STABILIZER ; AND A SILANE COUPLING AGENT.THE DISCLOSED METHOD OF MANUFACTURING SUCH MOULDED FLYWHEEL, COMPRISES THE STEPS OF; MIXING METAL POWERS COATED WITH BONDING AGENT, AND SYNTHETIC RESIN POWERS TO FORM A BASE MOULDING MATERIAL ; MIXING ALL OF A MELT FLOWABILITY PROMOTING AGENT, A HEAT-RESISTANCE STABILIZER AND A SILANE COUPLING AGENT INTO THE BASE MOULDING MATERIAL TO FORM A COMPOSITION WITH A SPECIFIC GRAVITY GREATER THAN 4.0; FORMING THE RESULTING COMPOSITION, INTO GRANULES, AND DRYING THE GRANULAR COMPOSITION; MELTING THE GRANULAR COMPOSITION ANDKNEADING THE MELTING COMPOSITION; AND INJECTION-MOULDING THE KNEADED MELTING COMPOSITION TO FORM THE FLYWHEEL.
