AT LEAST ONE PATTERN OR MARKING (15) IS PRINTED ON THE REINFORCING LAYER (13). A TRANSPARENT OR SEMITRANSPARENT LAYER (16; 31) IS COATED ON THE REINFORCING LAYER (13) OVER THE PRINTED MARKING (15) FOR MAKING THE MARKING (15) VISIBLE THROUGH THE TRANSPARENT OR SEMITRANSPARENT LAYER (16; 31).
