A SERUM OF A GIVEN CONCENTRATION IS ALLOWED TO DECOMPOSE WITH ONE OR MORE ANAEROBIC OR AEROBIC BACTERIA. THE RESULTING PRODUCT EXCELS NOT ONLY IN SOIL CONDITIONING AND PLANT NUTRITION BUT ALSO IN CROP PRODUCTIVITY AND QUALITY, THUS CONTRIBUTING TO RESOURSE SAVING AND ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION.
