DESINGNED FOR FREE FLOATING OF THE TOILET CLEANER AS A WHOLE WITH THE EXIT OF THE LATERAL OPENING (1) KEPT PERMANENTLY BELOW THE WATER SURFACE (8) IS PROVIDED ON THE UPPER PART (6) OF THE CONTAINER (2) OPPOSITE THE SOLID CLEANSER (4) AND PROVIDING THE LATERAL OPENING (1) IS SAFEGUARDED AGAINST OUTFLOW OF THE ACTIVE-SUBSTANCE CONCENTRATE WHEN THE WATER TANK IS FULL.(FIG. 1)
