THE INVENTION IS CONSTITUTED SUCH THAT ORIGINAL SIGNAL S1 AND INTERPOLATION SIGNAL S2 OF 8 BITS ARE INPUTTED TO LINE MEMORIES THROUGH 3- STATE BUFFER CIRCUIT BLOCKS AND 3-STATE TRANCEIVER CIRCUIT BLOCKS AND ORIGINAL SIGNAL S1 AND INTERPOLATION SIGNAL S2 INPUTTED TO SAID LINE MEMORIES OUTPUTTED ALTERNATELY THROUGH MULTIPLEXER WHEREBY DOUBLE SCANNING IS REALIZED. ACCORDING TO THE INVENTION, EFFECTS OF DOUBLING THE RESOLUTION OF SCREEN AND ALSO EXCLUDING RASTER OF SCREEN CAN BE OBTAINED. (FIG)
