Abstract

A TUBE FOR USE AS LINING IN A PIPE HAS A TUBE BODY COMPRISING AN INTERMEDIATE LAYER AND OUTER AND INNER LAYERS WHICH SANDWICH THE INTERMEDIATE LAYER. THE INTERMEDIATE LAYER IS MADE OF FELT IMPREGNATED WITH RESIN AND THE OUTER AND INNER LAYERS ARE REINFORCING FABRIC LAYERS IMPREGNATED WITH RESIN. AIRTIGHT LAYERS ARE PROVIDED ON THE INNER SURFACE AND/OR THE OUTER SURFACE OF THE TUBE BODY.(FIG 3)
