Abstract

THE PRESENT INVENTION GREATLY IMPROVES THE OPERATIONAL EFFICIENCY OF CONVENTIONAL PAINT-SPRAYING APPARATUS, RESULTING IN SAID APPARATUS CAPABLE OF SPRAYING PAINT EVENLY ON SELECTIVE AREAS OF AN OBJECT OF IRREGULAR SHAPE. THE PRESENT INVENTION COMPRISES THE FOLLOWING IMPORTANT FEATURES; A SPRAYING PLATFORM WITH LOWER SECTION THEREOF BEING HOLLOW, RECTANGULAR IN SHAPE AND FASTENED TO THE UPPER SECTION OF A BOTTOM MOUNT, CAPABLE OF CAUSING TWO SPRAY GUNS TO MOVE IN A RECIPROCATING MANNER ON THE X-AXIS AND Y-AXIS BY MEANS OF SLIDING FORCES OF THE FIRST DRIVING DEVICE AND OF THE SECOND DRIVING DEVICE RESPECTIVELY. A SET OF SPRAY GUNS, MOUNTED IN THE SLIDING GROOVE CONSTRUCTED ON THE LATERAL LONGITUDINAL SIDE OF THE RECTANGULAR SPRAYING PLATFORM, HAVING A SPRAY HEAD AT THE LOWER END PORTION THEREOF CAPABLE OF ROTATING HORIZONTALLY BY MEANS OF THE SLIDING FORCE OF THE THIRD DRIVING DEVICE, AND BEING FASTENED TO THE FOURTH DEVICE AT THE UPPER END PORTION THEREOF FOR MAKING A VERTICAL MOVEMENT. A UNIVERSAL JOINT BEING CYLINDRICAL IN SHAPE AND FASTENED TO THE LOWER PORTION OF THE SPRAY GUN MOUNT FOR ALLOWING SPRAY HEAD TO ROTATE IN ORDER TO AVOID THE PROBLEMS OF THE PAINTS CANALS AND THE AIR TUBES BEING MECHANICALLY INTERFERED ONE ANOTHER; AND A CONTROL MECHANISM FOR SAID DRIVING DEVICES, COMPRISING A PROGRAM-CONTROLLED MICRO-COMPUTER AND A PREDETERMINED NUMBER OF ELECTROMAGNETIC VALVES WITH SWITCHING SENSORS FOR CONTROLLING THE OPERATION OF SAID DRIVING DEVICES.(FIG. 1)
