AN ASSEMBLING STRUCTURE FOR AN INNER MAGNETIC SHIELD AND A SHADOW MASK FRAME IS DISCLOSED WHICH COMPRISES CLAMPING MEANS PROJECTED IN AN EQUALLY SPACED RELATION FROM THE PERIPHERAL SURFACE OF THE FRAME, AND A PLURALITY OF FLAT PORTIONS PROVIDED ON THE PERIPHERAL EDGE OF THE SHIELD IN CORRESPONDENCE WITH THE CLAMPING MEANS FOR BEING RESILIENTLY FITTED INTO THE CLAMPING MEANS. ACCORDING TO THE PRESENT INVENTION, THE SHIELD CAN BE READILY ATTACHED TO THE FRAME WITHOUT ANY ADDITIONAL FASTENING MEANS.(FIG.4)
