Abstract

DISCLOSED IS A DRYWALL CONSTRUCTION SYSTEM FOR MANUFACTURING AND ASSEMBLY PANELS MADE OF HONEYCOMB CORE (1). THE PANELS CAN BE USED AS A FLOOR (5), WALL (3), CEILING (4), ROOF OR THE LIKE. THE PRESENT INVENTION IS SPECIFICALLY DESIGNED AND CONFIGURED FOR CONSTRUCTION OF VARIOUS ASSEMBLING PANELS TO PROVIDE STRUCTURAL MEMBERS. DRYWALL SYSTEM MAINLY CONSISTS OF A PAIR OF SURFACE SHEETS ADAPTED TO BE JOINT TOGETHER WITH TREATED AND EXPANDED HONEYCOMB CORE (1) IN THE MIDDLE. THE HONEYCOMB CORE (1) IS BONDED BETWEEN THE SURFACE SHEETS PREFERRABLY OF ASBESTOS FREE MATERIAL BY MEANS OF SUITABLE ADHESIVE (6) TO FORM A WALL (3). (FIG. 10)
