IF FAULTS HAVE OCCURRED IN THE TRANSMISSION CHANNEL OR STORAGE MEDIUM THEN, HOWEVER, THE DATA OF A BLOCK WHICH IS DISTRIBUTED OVER OTHER BLOCKS CANNOT BE DECODED.ACCORDING TO THE INVENTION, EVERY BLOCK IS FED WITH AN ADDRESS INFORMATION FLAG (FL) AND ADDRESS POINTER INFORMATION (POI) AS WELL AS DIRECT VOLTAGE VALUE AT A PREDETERMINED POINT. USING THIS SUPPLEMENTRY INFORMATION, AN IMPROVED RESYNCHRONIZATION CAN BE CARRIED OUT IN THE CASE OF A FAULT IN THAT ALTERNATING COMPONENTS DISTRIBUTED OVER OTHER BLOCKS CAN ALSO BE RETRIEVED FROM MEMORIES (9, 10) AND DECODED.
