A SLIDABLE PLUNGER IS MOUNTED WITHIN THE BARREL WHICH INCLUDES A SHAFT AND HUB FOR LOCKING TO THE CARRIER. THE PLUNGER SEAL IS CONVENIENTLY MOUNTED ABOUT THE SHAFT BETWEEN THE PLUNGER AND THE HUB. A REMOVABLE SAFETY CAP IS PROVIDED TO COVER THE UPPER END OF THE PLUNGER AND THE BARREL TO PREVENT ACCIDENTAL DEPRESSION OF THE PLUNGER AND ENGAGEMENT OF THE HUB WITH THE CARRIER BEFORE USE.
