Abstract
THE INVENTION CONCERNS A COMPOSITE CATALYST CONTAINING: - AN MFI STRUCTURE ZEOLITE HAVING A FRAMEWORK COMPRISING SILICON, ALUMINIUM AND/OR GALLIUM, WITH AN EXTERNAL CRYSTALLITE SURFACE WHICH HAS BEEN MODIFIED AFTER SYNTHESIS, - A MATRIX, - AT LEAST ONE DOPING ELEMENT SELECTED FROM THE GROUP CONSTITUTED BY GALLIUM AND ZINC WHEN THE ZEOLITE DOES NOT CONTAIN GALLIUM IN ITS CRYSTALLINE FRAMEWORK, - OPTIONALLY, AT LEAST ONE DOPING ELEMENT SELECTED FROM THE GROUP CONSTITUTED BY GALLIUM AND ZINC WHEN THE ZEOLITE CONTAINS GALLIUM IN ITS CRYSTALLINE FRAMEWORK, - OPTIONALLY, AT LEAST ONE ELEMENT SELECTED FROM THE GROUP CONSTITUTED BY ALKALI AND ALKALINE-EARTH METALS. THE INVENTION ALSO RELATES TO THE USE OF THIS CATALYST IN AROMATISATION REACTIONS OF HYDROCARBONS CONTAINING 2 TO 12 CARBON ATOMS PER MOLECULE.
