EACH ADJUSTING UNIT IS MADE UP OF A PAIR OF SLIDE BARS (31, 32,; 41, 42) AND A FIXED GUIDE BAR (33, 43) WHICH IS SANDWICHED BETWEEN THE SLIDE BARS. EACH SLIDE BAR IS PROVIDED WITH A RACK (314, 324;414, 424) ON THE UPPER FACE THEREOF AND THE FIXED GUIDE BAR HAS A GEAR (335, 435) DISPOSED AT THE CENTER THEREOF, THE GEAR IS ENGAGED WITH BOTH RACKS OF THE SLIDE BARS SO THAT THE SLIDE BARS ARE SMOOTHLY MOVED IN OPPOSITE DIRECTIONS AS ONE TABLE PORTION (10, 20) IS ACTUATED.(FIG. 1)
