IN A DISTRIBUTION DEVICE WITH CONNECTION CONTACTS ( 41) FOR A MULTIPLICITY OF INCOMING AND OUTGOING CABLE WIRES (12) ONE USES A LARGE NUMBER OF WIRE-GUIDANCE CONDUITS (20), WHICH CONTAIN CURVED CHANNELS (23) FOR THE THREADING THROUGH OF THE WIRES (12). THE CHANNELS (23) HAVE ENTRANCE OPENINGS (25) AT THE ONE SIDE EDGE (24) AND THEIR EXIT OPENINGS (27) AT THE UPPER EDGE (26) OF THE CONDUIT (20). BELONGING TO THE DEVICE ALSO ARE A NUMBER OF CONNECTION STRIPS (40) FOR THOSE WIRES (12) WHICH COME OUT OF THE CHANNEL EXIT OPENINGS (27) OF THE NEIGHBOURING CONDUITS (20). FINALLY A LINEAR CARRIER (60) BELONGS TO THE DEVICE, ALONG WHICH THE CONDUITS (20) AND THE CONNECTION STRIPS ( 40) ARE STACKED NEXT TO EACH OTHER IN AN ALTERNATE SEQUENCE AND ARE FASTENED VIA MOULDED RETAINERS (30).
